1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: During high-volume periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

2. Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

We offer reliable shipping across Singapore:

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated 3-5 business days once shipped.
  • Shipping Rates: $5 or Free for purchase above $100.
  • Self-Collection: Nyana Nyana Eco Collective

3. International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery: To be confirmed, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Nyana Nyana Eco Collective is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Eco-Conscious Packaging

In line with our commitment to the planet, we use minimal and eco-friendly packaging materials. Your items are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition while reducing our environmental footprint.

5. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at somethingsustainable@nyananyana.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note that our carriers may have limitations regarding delivery to P.O. Boxes. We recommend providing a physical residential or business address to ensure successful delivery.
